RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEEP DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?
We don’t have return/exchange policy on the sale of deeply discounted products. Deeply discounted products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.
How do I exchange a product for END of Season Sale product?
We have 15-days exchange Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
Under our “End of Season” policy, the sale product can be exchanged with different size of the same product itself. Due to limited stock and heavy discounts, the product you ordered cannot be exchanged for a different product “End of Season” sale products can be exchanged only once in case of a size issue.
The product should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any makeup or smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
We will request you to self- ship this item.
Please send us the following items in a sealed bag with product, Brand Labels, and Tags, Price Tags, Please mention Order ID on your shipment.
Please courier the item to our Returns Address:

Notify us of the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.
No Returns will be accepted at end of season products.
What if a returned product couldn’t pass the Quality Check?
MAGA has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sen the ing product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
