What is our return policy?
We have 15-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
- It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
- It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present.
- We have reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.
- Only non-discounted products are eligible for return/exchange.
What if I receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong product?
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
How do I return an item?
- Call Customer Care (+91 9654633418) and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place. Identify your Order Number.
- Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
- MAGA does not have a refund policy. However, we would be happy toexchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop.
- Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges
My area is not serviceable for return, how do I return my order?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:
- We will request you to self- ship this item.
- Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:◦ Product

◦ Price Tags
◦ Please mention Order ID on your shipment.
- Please courier the item to our Returns Address: MAGA

- Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed.
- Notify us of the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
- Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.
What if returned a product that couldn’t pass the Quality Check?
MAGA has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
